  •   Life Membership Luncheon - EOP Community Center, 12:00 noon (3/10)
     

  •   Mandatory Training for Officers and Executive Committe Members - This training is
      Elmira/Corning Branch and other branches in the Western Region. The training will
      be held at the Friendship Baptist Church in Corning, NY. (3/24)

       

       April

  •   Albany Legislative Mobilization (no attendees due to weather conditions)

  •   Leadership Training Conference, Somerset

  •   Youth Forum

  •   Advocacy Training - Members will travel to Connecticut (4/19-22). 61st Annual
      Northeast Region Civil Rights Advocacy Training Institute.

          May
  •    State Conference Board Meeting (5/12) - 2 attended (White Plains, NY)

  •   Community Forum - Mayor Coccho and the branch sponsor a community forum
      (2nd Week of May)

June

  •   Freedom Fund Awards Banquet will be held at Radisson Hotel, Corning,
      N.Y. with guest speaker Mr. Hilary Shelton. (6/1)

  •   Health Walk-A-Thon - Two Walked at the Geneva Branch event;
      Funds to be utilized to Underwrite Youth Memberships and a portion goes to the
      NYS Conference.

  •   Co-Sponsor of Juneteenth Celebration   (6/15-16)
      Theme: "Got Dreams? Get Educated - Exercise Your Mind

       July
